EC Nebraska | We are light-years away from what the 80s were like, and yes it could happen. Most farmers still have alot of extra cash. All I hear around here is waiting for the land crash so they can buy a farm cheap. That tells me land values are not crashing anytime soon Look at a previous thread where guys are putting cash away for 5 percent. I can tell you that wasn't happening at the top before the 80s hit | |
