Nw Iowa | This is no way close to 80’s, at least here. I try to be middle of the road, not get too negative or too positive. We had land here in 1982 or 1983 bring 3600 to 4000 a acre, part of it was farm credit just wrote the loans, never did cash flows, just financial statements. I have no idea what 4000$ land would be in todays dollars. There were a lot of farmers just borrowing on equity to live. | |
