Blooming prairie ground was all selling for 16k+? I don’t know, not gonna do a research project on it. But I’d be fairly certain there were sales north of that number, along with sales less, on average I’d prolly be pretty close, but I’m from an hour south of there in Iowa, you’re the Minnesota native. Are you saying I’m way out in left field, that an $8,750 sale is normal for that area? |
