Nw Iowa | They had inflated land and equipment values than because of 70’s grain markets. From 1973 to 1980 land market would be up as much or more than current market has moved in last 5 years as far as percentage I don’t think under any circumstances can you compare 8 to 18%. Historically 6-7% interest would be normal so we are 1-2 over. Interest in double digits has never been normal. | |
