| I would terminate the rye as soon as I could.
Here using liquid N give sup 40 bushel or so an acre. At least that is my experience. I am not sure if it is the form of N or I lose it as I had it sprayed over the top.
Spraying over the top and hoping for a nice easy half inch rain right after. is common here.
I would bet if you applied liquid with your side dress bar a week or more before planting, it may not bother that much. | |
