Let us know what the yield is where you deep ripped compared to the other. Did some strips last year myself. some on wheat ground in august(best time to do deep ripping) and some in the fall. IMHO you need to be very careful how wet it is when you do the ripping. That is why we try to rip after our winter wheat comes off in August. Put repeditive strips in 3-4 fields and will be checking yields this fall. It is very costly to deep rip and needs to be some real yield advantage to justify it.

I thought you ( Chad H.) were one of the ones having such a bad drought this year?? Those beans look really good to me. Pictures can be hard to tell yields from but appear to be 40+ bushels beans. We are dry again this year. There is always next year!!!!!!
