we rip everything going to corn with a dmi/caseih 530. our tests have shown a 25 to 35 bushel increase over disking the bean and wheat stubble. beans and wheat are no-till so in our rotation the ground gets ripped 2 out of every 5 years. would like to try strip tilling some beans going to corn this fall
