John, I grew up on a small dairy farm.  When a milk cow got ketosis, that was not a good thing.  When a cow had ketosis, you called the vet.  A cow with ketosis could die if not treated promptly.  Now, we are promoting ketosis in people, and saying that is a good thing. But a dairy cow with ketosis is a bad thing.  

I just have trouble wrapping my head around that.....
