NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | As you know John I’ve been on the keto diet since the middle of November with great results. We’re on a Caribbean cruise right now so don’t know what the carbs are in what we’re eating. I’m pretty sure this sundae is more then I’m aloud in one day. I’ll start my diet when we get back to the states :-).
