Again, it is his hypothesis. I have no clue if he is right.

I still take some coconut oil, although I did drop it from two teaspoons to one after listening to him, LOL. The other thing that I consider is the old saying "the dose makes the poison".

My hypothesis is that many things we eat the body handles quite well in proper dosage. It is when we overload it with more than it can handle well that we run into problems. I wonder if the same can be said about plant sterols. By the way, vegetable oils are loaded with them and vegetable oils are basically a modern times invention. They never existed a few generations ago. Food for thought.
