Geez, there's a lot of opinion out there on this topic.

I am hard to convince about the "fundamental change" business. I've been in this game for a little while now and I really haven't seen a "fundamental change" of the magnitude being prophesized yet. Maybe this is the first, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it just yet.

My prediction is that corn will continue to grow, we'll continue to make a living, nobody will get stinking rich at it, and the sky will not fall. You heard it here first.
