I think Chad gets it and the rest of you are stuck in a rut. Go ahead and say he is young, however, he is agressive. This new generation of farmers is well educated. The are not a bunch of redneck high school kids trying to farm. The problem with most, and I say most, baby boomer farmers is that they look at agriculture as a way of life. This new generation looks at ag as manufacturing business. We will produce what is most profitable on the assembly line. Farming is a business, and until most farmers get this new concept, the new generation will grow there manufacturing businesses.

Just my 2 cents. I admit I dont always agree with Chad, however, I thought he needed stuck up for here.
