The three toggle switches are SPDT switches. The commons of the switches are all on one trace on the PCB, and all the off positions of the switches are connected to another trace, and then the on positions are all connected to individual traces. So what we've done is replaced the SPDT toggle switches with SPDT relays, and we are running the relays with the old toggle switches and/or the relay control board (the relay control board and the switches are connected to the relay coils through diodes to prevent any short circuit when the control board and switch disagree).
I know the pictures are hard to follow, as there are two wires of several colors, so hard to trace in pictures where they go.
