If you go to GitHub.com and search “AgopenGps” the 4th result down will be “SK21/ AOG_RC. Click on that one. Then when that page opens you can click on the green code button on the top right of the page and you can download it to the computer. It will download as a zippered folder. Once it’s downloaded, right click on it and select “extract all” Then you can open the folder, there will be a sub folder called “RateControllerApp” In that folder it will say “ratecontroller.exe” if you click on that it should run and install.
Also helpful is, on the SK21/AOG_RC page there is a button at the top that says “wiki” if you click on that a menu will appear on the right that has an image explanation of most of the buttons and settings in the app.
