Bailouts negate risk. Until we get off the "can't allow this to fail" drug addiction train, higher risks will be taken by all investors. All, including farmers. And this country cannot afford any more bailouts, and/or foreign aid, (but I digress, back to subject). Go for a few years of people losing their ass because they gambled too hard, and we'll be back to reasonable down payments, cash flows, etc.
There will be bank failures caused by commercial real estate losses
