I haven’t crunched the numbers. When I brought this point up before on another site someone said the plumbing in the buildings wasn’t right for apt layouts but idk. Those buildings aren’t going to sit empty forever right???
My pa has always said there’s more money in “cant’s” than “cans”. Someone like J.P. Morgan is going to get that real estate for a song and a dance if I had to guess
