Banks aren't allowed to do any of that stuff.
Bank's are but under a lot of pressure to unload any collateral they get back from the Requlators
Had to get permission once from a requlator because had gotten back a tractor on a deal gone bad, It was sitting on the dealerships lot that sold it originally and I had to get permission to continue to do this going into a new year. This was a shock to me.
