| Just me, but I guess I would be looking at how many daughters I have coming to get married. Second I look look a buffer zone to be planted with green grass and pretty cows for background pictures. Work with them for a peice of the pie with lovely pics, buffer ground and timing of working manure under between venues. Could work for everyone.
I see your side, but might be easier to try and capitalize on it. | |
