Conger, MN | I think that very lucrative part could/will change at some point. It has probably reached that point in some areas.
Wedding barns have been all the rage for 10+ years, and the increase in the numbers of venues has skyrocketed. However, it will reach the saturation level at some point.
So . . . while I think there are areas of the country were almost anyone can make money doing it, there are also going to be a number of them that fail in the coming 5 - 10 years. Good operators, with good facilities in good locations, will do well. Others will not.
I look at it like the over-building of micro-breweries in some locations.
