Urbana, OH | I can’t tell you at this point. They are starting from scratch as far as 2,400 square foot building, well, septic, parking lot, and turnaround for fire trucks. They had a lawyer prepare the 40 page application for submission to the zoning board of appeals.They intend to have 1-2 weddings a week March-October. I’ve looked on multiple building websites and they have understated the number of people per square foot by 30. | |
