I think you're on it. Issues of ingress and egress need to be documented. Adequately surfaced parking and streets need to be provided, as well as trash control, and water/sewer needs. Applicants need to be reminded that ag. activities will be happening nearby, which might cause dust, chaff, noise or odors to affect their events, too. showboat
