As stated, we don't have enough info to advise and certainly don't have enough to " Judge " much less call
him a snot nosed anything.
Maybe its Dad & Gampy who are the A-holes ?
Depending on the circumstances, I would be happy to rent to someone who had the guts to tell to the family
to take their land / tractors / odd attitudes and shove it. Most don't.
I also think he can be forgiven for not using perfect spelling & grammar as he was proabaly a bit upset at post time.
