There's a fine point there, and even I tried to make it plain.  Loctite just didn't put enough effort into explaining his situation well enough so anyone could give an informed response.

Loctite may be the worlds greatest farmer, have excellent communications skills, may have a fantastic knowledge of business.  But,, no one knows that as he didn't put enough effort into his questions and supporting facts/information.
