Definitely some cost and variables. And not a perfect solution, no doubt about that one. Our biggest gain is what was said below. Seems we get about 2 days harvesting nice 14-14.5% beans and some years it feels like we get half an afternoon of 12-13% before the moisture falls off a cliff. We aren’t that good, we’ve harvested way too many 8-9% beans and that bites hard when you sit down and do the math.
