| Dan I dunno, it's just an idea- but the stirs would not have to run very many hours just to blend the bin, certainly nothing like drying multiple batches of corn each season would take. And, just using a larger bin works too- just makes me a little nervous if you dump a load of 16% and there's no way to know how it is doing after ten more loads of other beans go on top of it.
And maybe- for the cost of the stirring equipment, it would be better to just have a second smaller bin dedicated to the higher moisture beans but next to the other bin to facilitate blending while loading out trucks. |
