Things look really good here, corn might not be a record crop but it will probably be one of our five best ever. Our corn got hurt just a little bit back in June but it only rolled for a 2-3 days before we got a rain that saved us. Beans look really good too, it's hard to guess bean yield before the combine runs but they've never been stressed all season so they should yield good. In the past couple of days I have noticed a little bit of sudden death showing up in a few fields of beans but it's late enough now it shouldn't hurt the yield much. So far mud hasn't been a problem, we missed most of the heavier rains last week but it's still been tough to get hay made between the rains.
