Please rethink not fighting for a fair and generous custody agreement for your son.  It's true, you may not win.  But how do you think you (and he) will feel 20 years from now if you didn't fight for him?  Get a well-recommended divorce lawyer and give it your best shot.  He is worth it.   Good luck.
