What worked for me was to argue that a child is better off having interaction with both parents. And the Key Phrase is " whats in the best interest of the child" . Most judges worth their salt will agree with this. Use this argument to get 50/50 joint custody of your son. Both of you will be better off for it. Praying for ya.
