nc Ne | couple of things... You have a right to a minumum of every other weekend at least 2 weeks summer and every other holiday . YOU want joint custody . You have these minimum rights as a parent . I would push for more. As far as the division of assets it is a lot easier to sit down and decide what you both want ( if she is willing) . Get it in writing I would ask her as to her ideas. Do not know your financial position but can tell you that the one walking wants cash not debt. Laywers are expensive. Use them for the least amount. Get a cash reserve you will need it to operate. Do not fight and do not reveal any info to anyone unless you know for sure. Your friends are not alwoys that. You can email me if you need to . I have the scars. Have also a generally cordial relationship with my ex. One other thing . Go home don't let her take you from that she will enjoy it if she knows you are miserable. It will become home again . | |
