| You DO fight for every other weekend,one day a week visits You Do demand joint custody,and you make the effort to meet with teachers at conferance and regestration,get your every other year holidays ect. Get a good lawyer that can fight for a fathers rights. Sounds like you tried to "play nice" but she has made the rules and its time for one hell of an offence. If your son is having any his own thouhgts about wanting to live with you you may need a court appointed GAL to represent him, your son has a right to be heard. I have been there,life does go on even though it sucks alot at the moment. | |
