Central Michigan | I`ve been there, but nobody knows how you feel. All I can say is, fight for everything you want right now. It is easier now than later. Make sure everything is clear cut. I had a couple different attorneys. Both said I would not get the kids. I represented myself on the child issures, after the money stuff was settled. Several calls to my state representative helped this battle. As Friend of Court thought she should have them. I ended up with close to 50-50. My son at age 13 came to live with me and go to moms every other weekend. ust make sure everything is clear in the divorce decree. | |
