You have received good information here, not easy to do but you can do it.  This is completely surviable, temporary situation in life.  You will feel much better about yourself the more you stand up for your own rights, wants and dignity. 

Keep your perspective.    Always treat yourself well.  If you don't,, it's hard to expect other's to.
