For a man who seemed to have all the answers in your first post, you certainly seem to have a lot of questions, all of a sudden. Anyways, I'm a sport and I'll try to give you my experiences where I have first hand knowledge.
Tesla can't go from nearly empty to full in under 10 minutes. With hi-performance Lithium ternary chemistry cells like my X has, the last 10% to get to 100% takes more time. How much, I can't tell you because I have not done it because it hasn't been necessary to get to the next charger. I will run down to less than 10% and charge to 85% occasionally. If you charge when the battery is warm, like after driving a while and you have set a supercharger as the destination, the car will pre-condition the battery and have it nice and toasty when you arrive, so it can take big gulps until it reaches about 70%. From there it will taper off. To be realistic, figure 25 minutes to get to 85% if you are at a 250KW charger. 150 KW will be a bit slower. A guy can figure that is all time spent charging but in actuality, you can be doing other things while the car is charging. Visit the rest room, eat, wash windshield, walk to restaurant and stretch legs. If you wait for the car battery to cool down before you visit the charger, it will take longer. In areas where chargers are closer together, 20% to 70% can be less than 15 minutes, with a few of them spent visiting rest room. As you get older, you may come to appreciate more frequent trips to visit facilities so that is certainly not considered wasted time to me.
Yes, it did require four days of driving to make the trip this spring. Three overnight stops. I'm not a young man and 350 to 400 miles / day is about right for me these days. If it makes you feel any better, we did take five days one year when I was driving my "manly" diesel pickup. Could have done it in less but chose not to. Irrelevant, IMHO.
I've said before, that I have no experience driving EV in sub-zero temps. Maybe consult your Facebook sourced info which would also be hearsay and likely wrong. I can't answer that particular question.
