OR he could have hit the accelerator in a panic instead of or in addition to the brakes. The torque and power generated by an EV is considerable and that could have launched the car.
But, I reckon if I were an anti-EV nut, I would attempt to use anything and everything to fortify my argument in an attempt to dissuade others from buying them too, right?
You mean something like making up a story about the operator stepping on the accelerator instead of the brake pedal to attempt to shift blame to the operator instead of the machine??? |
