It's not so much that the brakes failed............but I think the traction requirements in his situation that the complicated Tesla braking system is not up to the task of operating correctly.


In what way is the Tesla braking system any more complicated than any other modern car on the road? These cars are being designed to drive themselves. If there was an issue with the braking system in them, it would be all over the news by now. The anti-EV people on this forum are not the only ones that want to see EVs fail. And I do not believe for one second that the company has not tested their cars on gravel or mud.
