For those who wondered about skid marks from braking, you won't find any from a car with properly working anti-locks. That is the whole purpose of them.
I was thinking about this today, so as I was coming to an intersection on gravel I intentionally waited a bit long and then mashed on the brakes to stop. ABS worked, I stopped fine, then backed up to see if it left marks. It did, so we can chalk that up as another thing Roberta got all wrong.
