There is no need to repackage your seed. Not for any reason. Not sure why you want to do that. Why is everyone wanting to do anything different on seed packaging than they've been doing for 30 yrs?

Re. margin...I remember hearing that also when bean seed was $6/bu bag of "Certified Seed". Still no margin I guess....but our cost/A is very close to seed corn.

I really don't know anyone that wants the big seed down here anymore either...but it's because of the $$/A cost...not because of seed vigor or anything else. Your present pricing methods cause that.
