Yes you are right it does become completely irrelevant whether it is 130000 or 140000 or whatever it does not matter. And as for as the companies selling by the seed count based on last years size that is completely FALSE. As a matter of fact that is the way the 50 lb bag guys purchase theirs not the seed count guys. The seed is sold as a count per bag EX. if the mini bulks I order end up with a final seed count of 2800 they will weigh 2000 lbs for 40 units. If the seed count is 2400 they will weigh 2333 lbs for 40 units. If they are smaller say 3200 my 40 unit mini bulk will weigh 1750. I am getting my 140K units no matter what the seed size.
