West Central Wisconsin | My wife saw this about ten years ago when she did secretarial subbing at a small rural school and the high school. Kids swearing at techers, principals etc. I do believe it all starts at home. When subbing at the small elementary school one day she had to call the parents of a child with agression issues. The parents told her the kid is your problem until 3:00 PM, and hung up the phone. Joe. | |
