Eastern Nebraska | I am not sure what school you are talking about but there is no big fat pension for the teachers here. We are forced to put a percentage of our checks into a retirement account. It is not a choice. Health care for life??? Have you lost your mind??? Our health insurance as a teacher where I work cost us almost $1000 a month out of our pay.... .The union?? helps us out if there is a disagreement between us and administration. More government money??? There is less state and federal aide coming in all the time to the schools and less tax dollars.... Schools are getting less money not more money. I think before you run your mouth and spread lies about teachers and what YOU think they have maybe you had better do your homework and you will find out that you are not correct. | |
