| Awesome thought here…breathing work to relax is something that most people can benefit from. ‘Brown noise’ is my background sound that makes a few hours of sleep feel like I was in an hard sleep all night. Your soundtrack is good for relaxation, but I like a more constant monotone for great sleep.
So much of todays world tries to fight our natural being with pills and chemicals. There are healthier options to take care of one’s mental/physical without modern medicine.
