chortitz, manitoba		I should also add: I've pretty much quit seed oils and gluten products as well. Including majority of seed oils.

Was addicted to the seasonal summer sunflower seeds but health is #1. Quit them as well.


Probably 3X a month I'll have a pizza. Addiction isn't a choice.... lol
