For me: no alcohol and carnivore diet. Have the best sleep in the last 25 years.
Could never understand how people could go to bed early and up at 4am but that's what I do now. I'm so tired by 9 or 10 pm have no problem falling asleep.
Best part of the low carb, high protein diet is not being tired throughout the day.
