I know you mean well, but that's a darn simplistic approach to what can be a complicated life. In my case as I age, there are more health problems to worry about. Then you get to farm with family and get along with neighbors. Then there is always a landlord that has a problem. Which one do you want me to give up? Comfortably numb is the answer sometimes, melatonin my body laughs at. Isn't comfortably numb the Pink Floyd song?
