I agree with everything you posted, and it's common in the Carnivore community to read "I now sleep like a rock!"
For myself, a low/zero carb diet was finally the key to being able to sleep despite constant phantom pain from an amputation.
The only problem is that if I go to bed and want to listen to something on the radio, I fall asleep way too fast and don't get to listen to it..... LOL
Any ” natural”Sleep aid suggestions or other?
