Would like to add one more to Mike's excellent list.

THROW THE ANGER IN THE NEXT GARBAGE CAN YOU SEE. Put the lid on it and carry it to the curb.

And not to worry, after the shock wears off, anger is the next emotion to rear up. Guaranteed. Either anger at her or at yourself.

Anger will stop you from any rational decision that needs to be made.

I'll leave with a quote from Norman Vincent Peale, I remember it daily.

You are NOT what you think you are ........ but what you think.......... You ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your emotion at any time will shine brightly to those around you. Make sure you show it wisely.
