Yes, she will probably ask for and receive 1/2 of all you own. Just remember all you own may have some indebtedness attached to it. You want 1/2 of what we own? Great! Here is your half of the expense to go along with it. Have a friend going thru this right now. When he hit her with the expenses to go along with that farm they bought and a few other things, suddenly things weren't nearly so interesting for her. All she could see was that her 1/2 was going to make her rich, didn't even relate to the expenses involved.
