Lot of good advice.  I'll just add 2 things:

a) what you are going thru is typical for someone going thru separation/divorce.  You are not abnormal; you are not alone.

b) Lil' Hoss mentioned Beginning Experience.  Another one we have in our area is Divorce Care.  Either sounds good.  I would encourage you to check them out, see if either one is local in your area, or maybe there is another similar program in your area.  It will be invaluable for you to get involved in something like this.
